2.1 Registration Conditions

• Each member may open only one account. If a single person holds more than one account, both accounts will be cancelled.
• The name, mobile number, and payment method provided at registration must belong to the same person.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party or registering under another person's name is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Verification Process

5.1 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Once a deposit is completed, the balance is generally added to the account promptly.
• Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit with a ৳2,000 bonus gives a total balance of ৳3,000, and ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

6.2 General Bonus Conditions

• A member may not claim the welcome bonus more than once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly until the wagering requirement has been completed.
• Different games may contribute differently to wagering calculations — check the conditions of each offer separately.
• betvisa reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is established, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

6.3 VIP Program and Cashback

betvisa's VIP Program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.3% for Bronze, 0.7% for Silver, and 1.0% for Gold, calculated on weekly net losses. Cashback is calculated on the week's net losses (total losses minus total winnings).

7.1 Placing Bets

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets accepted unintentionally due to a technical error may be cancelled by betvisa at its reasonable discretion.

7.2 Result Determination

Sports betting is settled based on the official result of the relevant tournament or match. In the event of a dispute over a result, betvisa's decision will be considered final, although members may appeal with reasonable supporting evidence.

betvisa reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Suspicious financial activity or evidence of fraud.
• A legal directive or court order from authorities.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time through betvisa support. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed, but bonus balances will be cancelled.
